Grupos Locales de Personas con Alta Sensibilidad

Puede pasarte que no conozcas a muchas personas en tu entorno que sean altamente sensibles y no compartan contigo esa sensibilidad al procesamiento sensorial, pero haberlas las hay.

Desde la asociación apoyamos la creación de grupos locales de Personas con Alta Sensibilidad.

Los grupos locales son agrupaciones de personas con alta sensibilidad, comprometidos con la filosofía de APASE y que de forma autónoma organizan encuentros, talleres y diferentes actividades para que personas afines compartan momentos de conexión juntos.

Además, divulgan el rasgo y forman la red-APASE, bajo los principios de la Dra. Elaine Aron.

En estos grupos se crea un ambiente distendido, agradable, de comprensión y empatía donde puedes conocer la experiencia de otras personas con Alta Sensibilidad y juntas crecer y compartir momentos agradables.
